He advised you to check Creative Brief and Media Plan to Develop the campaign implementation strategy. You may find these documents in company website and or in the study site.
He also advised you to consider the following Procedures
1.Develop the campaign implementation strategy for whole campaign. The strategy must include but not limited to:
a.Brief of Campaign/media plan
b.Implement

d.ation tasks
i.What are the tasks involve?
ii.When and who will do it?
iii.Timeline
e.Budget
f.Contingency plan for omissions and errors including guaranty
2.As soon as the strategy has been developed show it to your director (trainer)
3.Director Marketing has told you that there is a change in plan and company will execute the campaign only in 2 medias in first quarter. Hence, he asked you to communicate and negotiate with e-catalog's representatives for the price, position and guaranty of the advertisement. Your negotiation should include the contingency factor as well.
4.Draft the media contracts that meet legal and ethical requirements, and requirements of the advertising campaign brief and schedule.
