1. 1. Post a link and give a brief description of your chosen government unit. For example, what is the local population? What is the budget? What is the stated mission of the organization?
2. 2. What performance information is available on the website, if any?
3. 3. What budget information is available on the website, if any?
4. 4. How well do they do in presenting the performance data in a way that is accessible to the general public? What areas are done well? Any area for improvement?
