When the player arrived, the coach asked the player if the open beer was his beer. The player said that the beer was not his beer and he knew nothing about it. The coach said to the player, "Where there is smoke, then there must be fire." The coach immediately suspended the player from the team for the rest of the season. He also told the player that his scholarship would be taken away. As a result, the player became very upset and he contacted his parents immediately. The parents then called their attorney.
