In doing so, you should briefly review the major functional areas of the business and make relevant decisions as applicable to the company. In designing your strategy, you should focus on reviewing/redesigning the mission and vision statements, identify the strategic objectives that need attention (HR, Customer Service, Marketing/Sales, R&D, IT, Production/Operation, Finances, and Accounts), and design strategies and tactics for implementation, evaluation and control.
