In this project, we are transitioning a static website into a more efficient and dynamic web application. This move will facilitate better user experience and interaction, data storage, processing, and analysis. This transition will also enable user authentication, database integration, and functionalities to provide a better user experience. I will recommend a Fixed Price and Incentive Fee (FPIF) contract structure to give the buyer the option of paying a fixed price for the service but also incentivize the seller for a quick but effective delivery. This structure will, thus, work better for web application development because it affords budget predictability and locks in expenses for the buyer thus keeping the project within scope, budget, and time without any surprising extra cost. This structure is beneficial as the scope of work is made clear from the beginning of the process to lead to successful deliverables and provides an incentive for the supplier should they meet and exceed the terms of the contract (Kissflow, 2022). I will also recommend a Request For Proposal (RFP) as a Procurement document type. An RFP submission is the first step in a project procurement management plan. This document will outline in detail the scope of work
