Project A will cost $100,000 initially and will generate the following cash flows: Year 1: $20,000; Year 2: $30,000; Year 3: $10,000; Year 4: $60,000; Year 5: $10,000 Project B will cost $50,000 initially and will generate the following cash flows: Year 1: $10,000; Year 2: $20,000; Year 3: $5,000; Year 4: $30,000; Year 5: $10,000
