In this report, we can explore strategies to further leverage the potential of Pj's restaurants. We will consider how to enhance the educational experience for students, increase revenue, and strengthen the restaurant's role as a community hub. Through the marketing section, we will change the restaurant theme poster publicity and modify the attractive restaurant website like consider other student-run restaurant websites to place attractive photos and menu descriptions of the restaurant theme each semester. We will also look at how to further integrate sustainable practices into the restaurant's operations and how to improve the guest experience.
