In this simulation exercise, you will have the opportunity to step into an Early Careers role at bp$.$ Over the course of the simulation you will be presented with scenarios that mirror situations faced every day in the role.This assessment measures your judgment in relevant job situations. The assessment is untimed and on average takes around $30$ minutes to complete.Please take the time to read and understand each question fully before responding. You are not tested on how quickly you get through all the questions; however, you must ensure that you reply to all questions. Please note: The assessment contains $5$ scenarios. Each scenario is comprised of a series of up to $7$ questions. At the end of each question, you will be asked to select from a list of responses. For each question please select the action that you would prioritise first if you were in the described situation. Once you have responded to all scenarios, a notification will appear to confirm that you have finished the assessment. If you leave the assessment before this message appears, your responses will not be saved. Please do not close the test window. You cannot interrupt or end the assessment prematurely.The following introduction will explain in detail how the assessment works.
