  • Establishment fee for a new lease $450
  • Lease management fee 2.5% of the rent (which for this rental is $500 per week)
  • Administration charges $25 per month

You need to explain the details of the agreement to the landlord and answer any questions they have. Check that you have talked to the landlord about the fees and charges included in the agreement.

  • You should provide information to the landlord about the role of personnel at the agency. You can refer to the following people:
