Students will utilize the research techniques and law resources discussed in Chapter 15 of the ULPA textbook as well as the list of approved online legal resources in the respective units to identify and discuss related cases. he analysis should include: (1) A brief summary of each selected case; (2) Description of how the cases relate to the ULPA case (i.e., what is the central argument of the case?), (3) Discussion of how the selected cases differ from the decision (i.e., does it set a new precedent?) in the case(s) from the ULPM readings; and a (4) Discussion of the legal versus ethical considerations for public sector employees as a result of the cases.
