I have chosen integrity. Integrity is to be free of conflicts of interest and shall not know misrepresent facts. I feel that integrity is a huge part of running a successful business and keeping clients happy, as well as employees. To have integrity means that you typically have some type of morals and the mindset to run a business correctly. An example that might be a difficult situation of integrity for a practitioner to face is not talking about a client with others. In the line of work, I am in which is mental health, sometimes you may need to vent but you can if no names are used. You also need to be aware of who you may be talking to because they may know the person even without you saying the name, they know of the situation. This can be an integrity issue but also confidentiality.
