Infantastic Clinic (a fictional practice), a clinic of four OB-GYN physicians and 20 employees, is building a small new ambulatory care clinic in a new location across town. They have outgrown their current location, are quite cramped, and are going to split the practice into two equal-sized locations in order to have room to grow. They anticipate moving half of their physicians and staff (PA-Cs, CMAs, and CMAAs) to the new location across town. They anticipate seeing 40 patients per day at each location. Their office hours are from 8 am to 6 pm M-F, with lunch and meetings from 12-2pm.

You are the manager of Infantastic Clinic, leading a committee which is tasked with researching and recommending new computer systems, software, and hardware for every area of the new location. They are starting from scratch.

In addition, your employer would like to take this opportunity to upgrade all of their software at the old office to be consistent with the new office. Both locations are about the same size and capacity.
