Additionally, practice "Weaving Mindfulness Throughout Your Day" (pages 42-43) by choosing a simple task that you do every day (such as brushing your teeth, feeding your pet, making your bed, etc.) and setting the intention to bring full awareness to the task each time you engage in it throughout the week. At the end of the week,w rite 2-3 s entencesbelow about what you noticed about the tendency to go on automatic-pilot, and what it was like to immerse yourself more fully in the task at hand.
