KFC hired your team to advise them on some issues related to the expansion and development of the new chain of restaurants in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The concept of CHAMPS mentioned in the case study eventually makes the restaurant operations easier and more seamless. The operations staff also requires new skills, training and continuous training and technical training. These Trainings are very important for maintaining the licences of the restaurant operations.
