Managing conflict can be the key to maximizing team effectiveness. For this post you are to identify your Conflict Resolution Style and discuss how your preference helps or hinders creating and solving issues in team the self assessment at:

As you can see, you will have to calculate your results. Follow the instructions and be sure to note each score in all 5 possible resolutions styles.

- Results: Provide your assessment results, be sure to include your scores for each of the 5 styles. (2 marks)
- Explanation of the results including:
- Using your own words supported with external resources, cited and referenced, provide a brief explanation of whether you agree or disagree with your results. (5 marks)
- Identify & explain a past experience when you have worked with others and conflict occurred. Expand on how your actions relate to your results. This can include working in groups with other students. (7 marks)
- Explain if you would do anything different now, why or why not?
- Provide two strengths of your style and explain how they relate to leadership concepts discussed in the course material, cited and referenced. (4 marks)
- Provide two weaknesses of your style and explain how they relate to leadership concepts discussed in the course material, cited and referenced. 4 marks)
Consider using information found throughout course modules to support your opinions.
- Respond to at least 2 other posts with different types than your own and include: (8 marks)
- Provide two reasons why you would like to work with their style and why (use examples)
- Provide two reasons why you WOULD NOT like to work with their style and why not (use examples)
Your answers should demonstrate inclusive communication characteristics from Module 8.
