The rubric for evaluation is as follows: you will need to deliver a 3-page report/memo per group, detailing your STRATEGY for the game; what worked and be honest about what strategies did not work. It should be a 3 page report, double spaced, 1 inch margin, 12 point font. If a certain team member does not contribute, please don't include their name in the report and also let me know so I can see the rationale. Focus on the five major decision areas: R&D, Marketing, Investor Capital, PP&E (and utilization of PP&E), and employee. Tell me what was your initial strategy with respect to these decisions, how well they worked, or didnt, and in particular how did you adjust your strategy. In summary, tell me what were some key lessons that your team learnt from this exercise, and how you could apply this in real life. We start the game with lower shares to investors and employees, and our earing was lower, but later we increase the above five major decision areas, and our earnings was increased.
