The purpose of this assignment is to apply the knowledge gained in class $($specifically from LO$4)$ to create a job description.

You will be presented with a completed job analysis for the role of Human Resources Assistant. You are tasked with taking this information and putting it into a job description format. You may access the job analysis here.

Note: You will use this job description as a reference in your pext assignment, where you will be preparing a job advertisement for this position.

I. Details & Requirements:

Using the information on the provided job analysis form, create a job description for this position.

You may determine the design of your job description $($as we know there is no one way to create them$).$ At minimum, your job description must include the following areas:

a$.$ A short summary of the job

b$.$ The duties and responsibilities

c$.$ KSAOs$*$

d$.$ Certifications, licenses, etc.

"Note: Although the KSA O$\text{'}$s are nat explicitly categorized in a job analysis, you will use your best judgement of what appropriate KSAO's would be for this position, based on what is contained in the job analysis. There is ample information contained in the job analysis from which to draw upon.
