INSTRUCTIONS Your task here is to visit the website of any insurance company to establish a basic level of understanding on the companys business model and target customer base. First, identify an insurance company that you are familiar with and/or that interests you. This could be an insurance company that you currently do business with, one that you have seen an advertisement for, or perhaps a logo you have seen on the jersey of your favorite sports team. If an insurance company does not come to mind, simply Google insurance companies and feel free to select any company that catches your attention. Spend some time on the companys website simply reviewing whatever seems interesting to you. Then document your research and submit the output. There is no answer key for this assignment I am looking for evidence that you completed the research task and learned a few things as a result of it. It may be helpful to follow these guidelines in structuring your commentary: o Identify the company you selected to research. o What interested you about this company? o What do you infer about the companys culture based on its website? o Describe the customer base you feel this company is targeting. o What did you uncover via this assignment that was particularly surprising/interesting? o Discuss anything else of interest to you.
