Utilize at least 3 useful and credible references to connect the learning from the interview with our learning this semester. Organization of the paper might include the following sections: Section 1 - Brief Background - education, degree, professional training, work history summarized. The name of the Working Woman may be omitted for privacy reasons. Section 2 - Current Role - title, job function, organization, Describe the organization she works for. Is her organization woman friendly? If so, what organizational policies support her needs as a working woman? What road blocks has she encountered? Has she ever felt discriminated against because of her gender? Has she dealt with work-life balance issues? Who were her role models? What "did it take" for her to succeed? (See additional optional questions in the interview question attachment.) Section 3 - Reflection - What can be learned from her perspective? What can be learned about her industry, and how does this apply to you as a (future) professional in the field and aspiring manager?
