Carpet Fishing

Do a little research into the Scott Adams cartoon character "Dilbert"

and find the sequence where he describes an office pasttime "carpet fishing" he claims to have invented. Read his description and implement the game in BASH. As noted on the MSU assignment: 1. "Many issues in the design of the game and how it is played are not specified in the cartoon. You will have to use your imagination." 2. "You will be graded on the quality of your game and the quality of your solution." This is an experimental project..
