The Multicultural Organization Paradigm in diversity management includes three definitions of organizational types (1) The Monolithic Organization, (2)The Plural Organization and (3)The Multicultural Organization. Diversity management, according to this paradigm, should strive to create multicultural organizations, where members of all socio-cultural backgrounds can contribute and achieve their full potential.
