Introduction: We will conduct a survey study designed to assess the relationship between stress level and academic performance. The population is U.S college students. The first step of this study is to create items for our survey.

I. Step 1: Initial Post: Demographic Questions

You will need to write 3 survey questions asking survey respondents to identify their:

(a) age (using an open-ended question)

(b) ethnicity (using a close-ended question)

(c) gender (using a closed-ended question)

Note: Be sure you understand what is an open-ended question and what is a closed-ended question.
