Is this correct? Specifically condition ii?

  1. HIV knowledge in the city of Chicago.

In the city of Chicago, for the year 2016, the highest percentages of persons living with HIV/AIDS (PWHA) were found in neighborhoods of "X" (2.2%) and "Y" (1.8%). That same year, the neighborhoods of "A" (0.3%) and "B" (0.3%) were found to have the lowest percentages of PWHA. Suppose a DNP student conducting her capstone project selects a random sample of 10 males (age 21-45 years) each from the four neighborhoods of Chicago and obtains their responses to the HIV-KQ-18 scale (an 18-item questionnaire that assesses HIV transmission knowledge). Data are presented in Table below. The DNP student is interested in determining whether there is any evidence of a difference in knowledge of HIV transmission across the groups of men representing each of the four Chicago neighborhoods.
