Issue 3: The Health Care Plan

DM Corporate learned that the process in deciding upon a health care plan did not go well, and in general, the staff at DM Scranton are unhappy with the provider and plan selected by Dwight. It is clear that DM Corporate cannot rely on Michael, or any one individual in the office, to make a decision on a plan that will satisfy all staff members, while also prioritizing cost savings. As such, they believe it may be most useful to put together a team within the Scranton branch to make a collective decision on selecting a comprehensive health care plan. After all, teams can come up with better, more creative solutions when they function effectively. Given staff at the Scranton branch have several other work expectations, DM Scranton is suggesting the team select a provider and develop a customized health care plan within four weeks. DM Scranton is aware that putting together a team to work on a problem like this one requires special consideration, and so they require your help in (1) planning who will be a part of this team (i.e., team composition), and (2) identifying strategies that will enable team members to work effectively together as a unit (i.e., teamwork processes).

"health care plan selection committee", provide them with three recommendations regarding the team's composition. Be specific in identifying which component of team composition you are considering, what specific recommendation you're making to DM Corporate, and defend why you are making this recommendation

Q2. Teamwork processes are also critical to the effectiveness of a team. Provide DM Corporate with two recommendations regarding the teamwork processes team members should engage throughout the process of developing and selecting a health care plan. Offer specific recommendations regarding how to encourage these team processes, and explain/justify why you are making these recommendations
