3. Social media is getting filled with massive amount of complaints

As the CS Project Lead, you now have to activate a crisis communication plan. As part of this assignment, you must prepare the following:

1. Communications template indicating all of the key personnel within your team : you MUST list all of the roles that are responsible towards communicating during a crisis. In your template you must do the following -
