It is to inform you that restaurant has updated procedure of checking supplies. New procedure includes 1. Inspection of a l l food deliveries from your suppliers and keep goods delivery records. 2. Observance of whether the driver and the truck are clean and check that the vehicle is not carrying any animal(s) or chemicals in the same area as the food. 3. Examine the packaging to see if it is damaged. This procedure will be implemented from now on.
