For the following questions use Dataset 2.1 below

1. The following data comes from an experiment that wished to access if the drug Latriculin A (LatA) altered the amount of cFos expression in different brain regions. Brain tissue samples were independently obtained from either LatA or Vehical (Veh) conditions. What are the t values and p values (two tailed) for each of the brain regions?

2. Do the following brain regions show significant findings? If so what does the drug LatA do to the expression of cFos in each region?

3. When looking at the brain regions that do display significant results, which is the most significant finding? Is it possible to say that this brain region is more sensitive then any of the other regions to the drug LatA based only on the t-test and p value?
