of her motorbike through Sean$$s brokers. The insurer declined cover as the motorbike had a

$1000$cc engine and not a $150$cc engine, that had been proposed. Sean realised that he had

incorrectly recorded the cc of the motorbike but noted that Jane had signed the proposal form.
