This exercise is about how to read data from the web. Write a program that counts the number of words in President Abraham Lincolns Gettysburg address from:

http://cs.armstrong.edu/liang/data/Lincoln.txt.

Create a URL object by using the url above. Use the openStream() method defined in the URL class to open an input stream and use this stream to create a Scanner object to input the file.
