JK-TYPE FLIP FLOPS

Objective:

The purpose of this experiment is to show the analysis and design of the circuits employing JK-type Flip-Flops.

Preliminary Work:

1. Study the JK-type Flip Flop. Draw pin digaram of JK Flip Flop, 7476.

2. Design a 2-bit binary up/down counter using J-K Flip Flop. If input x is equal to zero then count up otherwise count down. Draw the state table, state diagram and draw the logic circuit.

3. Design a 3-bit binary down counter using J-K Flip Flop. Draw the state table, state diagram and draw the logic circuit.
