John and Jane Doe sign their eight year old child to play football. They pay the league fee, have the required special physical, and sign the league agreement to follow the league guidelines, which are provided to them. When they sign him up, the league guidelines state that 8 year olds will play with children who are 8 or 9 years old. However, once the season starts, they learn that he will be playing with 8-11 year olds. Some of the 11 year olds are 100lbs heavier than their son. John and Jane Doe sue for breach of contract.
