Josh is a new teacher at an elementary school. The teacher's lounge can get pretty wild sometimes. Colleagues occasionally use profanity and there is sometimes gossip of a sexual nature, particularly from the female teachers. They occasionally make comments about the size and performance of male genitals. This makes Josh uncomfortable. Is this sexual harassment? Josh is reluctant to file a complaint. In your opinion, why do you believe male sexual harassment is less reported?
