You are the supervisor of a group of healthcare professionals. There is limited office space so each office has 2 personnel assigned to each office. Each provider has their own space within the office and the providers face one another when sitting at their computer. One of your providers, Chris, comes to you with a complaint. Chris had run out of staples and needed to staple some papers together. Chris proceeded to go around the desk that divided the office area into Chris' area and Pat's area to utilize Pat's stapler. While using the stapler Chris noticed a number of jokes, statements, and cartoons taped to the boarders of Pat's computer screen that Chris found offensive. Chris had never seen these before because the entrance to the office was on Chris' side of the desk. Upon seeing this, Chris came directly to you and is demanding that these be removed from the office area. What do you do?
