Now, you have been asked by the CEO of your organization to make a proposal presentation to the executive leadership of the organization. You must explain why the organization should focus more on project management. You will be expected to make a logical argument about why the organization should focus more on project management and how trends in project management will bring a competitive advantage to the organization. A paper that addresses the following: Examine project management trends that could significantly impact the organization's ability to deploy (accomplish) its strategy. Include an analysis of the processes and investment needed, as well as the risks involved.
