Peter resigned from his employment on 1-1-2020.

1- Is Peter entitled to an end of service gratuity? If yes,

Peter concluded an employment contract with determinate term with Etisalat on 1-1-2014 for 3 years. Before a few days of the end of the first contract, he had renewed it for a period of 2 years. His wage is 40000 AED (Basic salary 30000 Dirhams, 10000 home allowance). Peter resigned from his employment on 1-1-2020. 1- Is Peter entitled to an end of service gratuity? If yes, calculate its amount. 2- Calculate the end of service gratuity if his basic salary in the second contract is 50000
