TO DO:
You need to respond to your classmate's post in the above discussion forum.example(Alika, it's apparent that your professional stance has been influenced by your StrengthsFinder evaluation. By detecting problems and finding solutions, your Restorative strength keeps your team safe and helps to avoid accidents. Meaningful training programs are driven by significance, which has a tangible effect on trainees. Maintaining consistency ensures skill development reliability. In situations of intense stress, harmony promotes unity. Data-driven decisions are aided by analysis. It's a fantastic objective to want to use consistency more for full training evaluations. It's crucial to define harmony as a tool for maximizing strengths. Harmony, one of your favorites, encourages teamwork while Analytica's focus on detail may occasionally be annoying. It is a wise decision to wish for the "Activator" strength to quicken progress. Continue your good effort!)

TOP 5 STRENGTHS 1. Communication 2. Achiever 3. Strategic 4. Focus 5. Leadership Skills
LOVE, CRAZY, WANT
Which strength of your top 5 do you LOVE and why?
"Communication" With the help of this talent, I can express myself.
Which strength of your top 5 drives other people CRAZY and why?
People sometimes become frustrated with my "Achiever" attribute since I'm constantly pushing myself and my team to a high level. For those with lower levels of motivation, this could be stressful. This motivation has to be balanced with consideration for the burden on my team.
Which strength don't you have that you WISH was in your top 5 and why?
Since leadership requires a knowledge of others' thoughts and emotions, I wish "Empathy" had made it into my top 5. It would enable me to establish more solid bonds and deeper connections with my colleagues. OTHERS LIKE ME?
My coworker Helsing also lists "Communication" as one of his top 5 skills, which I found interesting. Recent Circumstances for Me: I recently utilized my "Communication" skills at a team meeting to lead a discussion regarding a difficult issue. I made sure everyone got an opportunity to speak, succinctly stated the main topics, and directed the discourse. This assisted us in coming to a decision and producing a detailed action plan. What was successful:The team valued my abilities to clearly express their thoughts and steer the conversation in the right direction. It promoted a collaborative and fruitful atmosphere. What was challenging was:that I became aware that I might have been more considerate of the team members' comfort levels since some people found my directness to be a little overbearing. Did one of your other themes help you achieve your goal?Yes, my "Strategic" strength assisted me in organizing the meeting's agenda and foreseeing possible stumbling blocks, resulting in a more productive conversation. When compared to Helsing's Experience:Helsing just presented to a customer and utilized his "Communication" strength. We both used our communication abilities, but he concentrated more on adjusting his message to the client's particular requirements while I placed more emphasis on clarity and engagement. Our methods were diverse but complementary, and the way we employed communication was affected by our other talents. For instance, he used his "Adaptability" to respond to the client's comments throughout the presentation, while my "Strategic" preparation helped the meeting go well overall.
My Prof Comment:How do you respond to issues or concerns from teammates when in your achiever mode?

1) Top 5 strengths: 1. Context 2. Consistency 3. Harmony 4. Futuristic 5. Relator History is something that allows to put things into context. I have always been interested in history, and it took me to my undergraduate degree at CSU Chico, which I earned a bachelor's in history. I am a firm believer in using the past as a template to understand problems in the present, and how history can be utilized to solve current tasks. While history isn't always the same, it certainly rhymes a lot. Once you get the rhyme, and get the rhythm, then you can go forward in putting together the big picture. Number two was consistency. I think the military really helped me with this one. I will get the job done, and the guilt of letting other people down because I did not doooo myyyy job well/correctly would eat at me. As such, that combination of personal guilt ant high standards for myself will allow me to show consistency to my team. Three is harmony, and this is one that I love now that I am out of the military. I missed harmony, and it feels good. While I did handle "controlled chaos" well eventually, I prefer when everybody is feeling good and in happy spirits to help move a process forward rather than biting our heads off. Four is futuristic, which I thought would have been much higher because I always have thought of myself as a strategic level thinker who can envision what an end product should look like. Finally, I am a relator as well, and I am able to put myself in someone else's shoes and see things from their perspective a bit better, and that is also one I credit with being in the military. I think where I would be misunderstood is the harmony phase (which is a bit higher than I thought it would be), because while I absolutely prefer working in a fully functional team, I can kick into "orderly/instinct" mode pretty quickly when people are not pulling their weight in a group (which has unfortunately happened in the past with me). 2. It depends completely on background of the individual evaluating me, but I think most people will appreciate my futuristic and contextual outlook on things. It is because I have high attention to detail and am very thorough. I reckon military oriented minds will appreciate that, but could be rubbed off as a micromanager as well (which I absolutely try and avoid). I think the "harmony" thing could drive people the wrong way too because my patience with people is perhaps a bit longer than it should be, and it has already bit me in the rear end once this semester taking an assignment all the way to the last two hours before it was due. I have a good "three strike" rule, and that individual used their "life happens" strike one pretty early. So on your first strike, even if it inconveniences the group, I am probably more understanding than others would be. If I could pick a section I wish I could provide in my top five, I think it would be "developer" because I would love to have the resourcefulness to create on my own with complete confidence, which I admit I can be a bit standoffish in. 3. I wrote a thesis on Russia's campaign of "controlled instability" in Ukraine and defended it about six months prior to the whole thing kicking off. It required a lot of contextual and futuristic types of thinking because I was evaluating the past to make assessments on the future. I basically put my history major cap on and started relating it to current events, which I felt were on a very bad trajectory. It is not something I wish to pat myself on the back too much for, but all of the hallmarks were on the table for anyone who was paying attention. I got kind words that some really high up people ended up reading it so that was some nice psychological validation. Consistency also showed up because you need a great deal of consistency to be able to turn in a graduate level thesis. The most difficult part for me was "Self-Assurance", because while I am decent there mentally, I am by no means perfect. I had never undertaken such a large project before and I was hoping that I did not make too many mistakes grammatically, or even worse, bring forward assessments that were wildly inaccurate.

Hello, everyone.
Sharing Your Top 5
My top 5 themes, according to CliftonStrengths, are: Empathy, Harmony, Restorative, Individualization, and Developer.
At work, in the property management industry, having Empathy or the ability to sense others' emotions, I can quickly pick up on residents' unspoken needs and concerns, provide compassionate customer service, and resolve issues tactfully. To use Empathy more, I could make an extra effort to listen to our residents' stories and struggles and check on those isolated residents who need more support. Regarding being misunderstood by having Empathy, I believe sometimes I get too involved in residents' problems and overstep boundaries, and my coworkers think I get distracted from tasks.
In Harmony, I quickly seek a win-win solution when addressing tenant complaints, and I usually collaborate well with my colleagues and look for points of agreement. When there are disagreements, I can mediate and find common ground to find the source of the conflict. One way I am misunderstood in this theme is that I desire to avoid conflict, which could be seen as an unwillingness to address issues head-on or compromise too early.
For Restorative, when things go wrong, like maintenance issues, I find solutions ASAP to restore things to optimal functioning. I can use this strength by volunteering for improvement projects, like renovations, fixing inefficiencies, and suggesting upgrades in our office. One way I may be misunderstood at work with this strength is that my drive to improve things may sometimes appear critical, and my colleagues will believe that I am overanalyzing things.
As someone with an Individualization strength, I treat each resident uniquely and personalize my communication based on what I know. To use this strength more, I can get to know residents individually, find their unique needs, preferences, and situations, and personalize my interactions with them. However, customizing my interactions might take too much time and may distract me from my daily tasks.
Finally, as a Developer, I typically coach new staff members patiently to improve their skills, praise improvements, and help others to reach their potential. I can use this strength by allowing my team play to their strengths while providing coaching. One way I may be misunderstood is by appearing too lenient when coaching others if I focus too much on the positives and downplay the negatives.
Love, Crazy, Want
I believe I love Harmony, but I dislike conflict. It makes me feel uncomfortable with interpersonal tension and discord.
Being empathetic might make people crazy because objectivity may be lost. My empathetic solid nature might make others believe I am biased on one's perspectives, which makes it hard to give tough feedback, enforce rules, or make difficult decisions that impact others.
A strength I would love to have is Strategic to help develop a clearer roadmap to achieve long-term goals and anticipate obstacles further out.

I want the training to positively impact my trainee's skills and career development. 3. Consistency: The strength of consistency is important in my approach to maintaining regularity and harmony in our training procedures. There are times when in this career, predictability is not a luxury but keeping consistency when needed is important. 4. Harmony: One of the things I pride myself on is fostering unity and collaboration in my office. As I previously indicated, my career entails many instances of high stress thus the need for a sense of safety and camaraderie is essential to me. 5. Analytical: My analytical strength plays a role in evaluating our training and identifying areas for improvement. My Strengths Journey Upon taking the StrengthsFinder assessment, I embarked on a revealing journey into the core strengths that define me. These insights have shed light on my unique qualities and how they shape my life and interactions. Achiever: The first strength that emerged was Achiever. It dawned on me that I possess the stamina and drive to achieve my goals. There's an innate satisfaction that washes over me when I'm at my most productive, making me feel alive and purposeful. Analytical: Another dominant strength is Analytical. I've always had a deep-seated curiosity, a desire to understand the "why" behind everything I do. I find solace in dissecting problems, searching for the root causes, and peeling back layers of complexity. Strategic: Strategic thinking is a natural extension of my Analytical nature. I find myself contemplating various facets of issues, seeking the optimal solution. I thrive on thinking outside the box and am determined to compile an exhaustive list of possibilities before making any executive decision. Futuristic: Futuristic is a strength that resonates with me profoundly. I'm constantly envisioning innovative ideas and products, especially those that could revolutionize the user experience. My mind often drifts to the realm of technology and what it offers to enhance our lives. Positivity: Lastly, Positivity is a core trait that I cherish. It's the fuel that keeps me going. I've realized that being positive is more than just a disposition; it's a conscious choice. It allows me to tackle challenges with resilience and see silver linings even in the darkest of moments. Love, Crazy, Want Some strengths that resonate with me on a deep level include Positivity. The energy of positivity is like a warm embrace, and when you connect with someone who shares that vibrant wavelength, it's a magical experience. A glass-half-full outlook on life keeps me grounded and inspires me to live in the present, focusing on the positive. However, not all my strengths are universally embraced. Being highly Analytical can sometimes drive people crazy. I admit I can be data-driven to a fault, which can clash with those who prefer more traditional methods. It's a puzzle I'm continually working on - finding the right blend that accommodates different approaches. One strength I wish were in my top 5 is "Maximizer." I've come to realize that my relentless pursuit of personal growth can sometimes overshadow the importance of collective excellence. My competitive spirit pushes me to be at the top, but I'm learning that humility and collaboration are equally powerful paths to meaningful impact. In this journey of self-discovery, I'm embracing the wisdom that success isn't a solo race but a collective journey. It's about empowering others along the way and finding fulfillment in the shared pursuit of excellence.

My top 5 talents include discipline, focus, arranger, responsibility, and futuristic. I use them both in my personal and professional lives. I am a disciplinarian and stick to what I intend to do. I am bold enough to focus on my goals without disturbance. I arrange what I intend to do on order of priority. Also, I take responsibility for my goals and mistakes. Lastly, I plan ahead to stick to what I intend to do without changing. Four of these themes fall under the execution domain. This means I want to use them more often in being a doer. I intend to ruthlessly focus on my goals by constantly undertaking them without procrastinating. However, the above strengths might be misunderstood as being mean and antisocial. This is because I spend most of the time doing my work. The execution domain takes time and often separates me from the rest of the community members. I love discipline. This is because it enables me to consistently stick to what I do. For instance, I execute my tasks by following a specific schedule. I avoid disturbances by eliminating habits that turn away my focus and rob me of my energy. Futuristic drives other people crazy. They think that the present moment is more important than the future. I set long-term professional goals that sometimes over ignores the now moment. But, I consider them as significant owing to the fact that they act as my guideline and compass. Connectedness is the theme that I am missing. I find it hard to build relationships with other people. I focus mostly on doing my work. This cuts me off from the rest of my friends. I do not have enough time for them as I majorly prioritize my tasks. I found students who were struggling to dooo aaaassignments. As an executor, I helped them arrange their work, avoid disruptions, stick to what they had set to do, plan ahead of time, and be responsible for their work. I was able to assist them stay focus by working on them in small phases. However, students found it hard to adopt discipline because it involves sacrifice. I told them to dooo aaaaway with certain bad habits but they struggle and they sometimes falter away from their tasks at hand. Yes, arranger was one of the themes that came in handy. I help them prioritize which tasks they should do first.
