This report is a reflection of your learning in this leadership course; an assessment of your own leadership traits and capabilities; and a developmental plan of your leadership skills (approximately 3 pages, double spaced), and will include the following points :

Your own philosophy about a leader/leadership

Insights and learning points you have gained from the course

Assessments of leadership challenges, obstacles, and dilemmas as a leader

Assessments of your leadership strengths and weaknesses

A career progression road map for leadership development

This leadership roadmap needs to be writen based on the course book Leadership for Organizations by David A. Waldman and Charles O'Reilly.
