Hello Class,

Reg Revans and Michael Marquardt are without a doubt both experts in the field of Action Learning. These experts do have different teaching styles in the way they present the information to the learner. Reg Revans is very knowledgeable on this topic and is very articulate in the way he describes the information. The articulate way Reg Revans delivered the information is exactly the reason I wanted to fall asleep throughout the video. Reg Revans is not very energetic and is monotone throughout a majority if not all the videos I was able to find of him which made it very boring and hard to become intrigued by the concept of action learning. Michael Marquardt on the other hand is also very knowledgeable in the action learning field but is different in the way he delivers the information. Michael Marquardt is very energetic in his lectures when it comes to teaching the concept of action learning. Watching Michael Marquardt made me excited and hungry to know more about action learning. A concept that Michael Marquardt used that helped me better understand action learning is how he interacted with the students in the room and was very fluid in how he moved around the room during the lecture. Although Reg Revans is highly knowledgeable, I highly recommend watching and learning from Michael Marqurdt over Reg Revans not only due to his high knowledge, but his energetic explanation of action learning.
