Linopot placed an advertisement in a local newspaper offering for a sale of a second-hand car at RM15,000. The car was described as 'Honda, late 2000' model. Butod responded by offering to buy the car at RM10,000. The offer was accepted by Linopot. After driven the car for almost three months, Butod discovered that only the body of the car was of 'late 2000' model while the engine was from much earlier model.
