1. Currently the Divorce Act requires married couples to be separated for 1 year before a divorce can proceed. Should the Divorce Act be changed to make the required separation time longer, or shorter, or left the same? Please explain your position.

1. Under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms only Canadian citizens have the right to vote. Should the right to vote be extended to include other persons? Permanent Residents? Visitors? Illegal immigrants? Or not. Please explain your position on this issue.
