Looking for assistance with Quality control procedures in this case

We are assigned to prepare a type of validate scope process document (This is where you gain acceptance of all project deliverables from the customer. 1. Team performs tasks to complete scope, 2. Reviewed by the customer to make sure they meet requirements, 3. If accepted, can be marked as complete)

This document we are creating would follow the process above for the Framing and exterior inspection: pre-dry wall inspection, which includes 6 tasks:

• Completed exterior, including roof, windows, doors (pre-painting)
• Completed internal wall framing
• In-wall plumbing for sinks, tubs, dishwasher, clothes washer, wet bar, etc.
• Completed electrical for wall switches, outlets, ceiling fixtures, etc.
• Low voltage wiring and conduit for security system, AV equipment, internet and computer wiring, thermostat, telephones, etc.
• HVAC ducts and returns
• So, for all 6 tasks we have to complete, in order to satisfy the inspection, we need to establish a general procedure that includes inputs, tools/techniques, and outputs. As well as a quality control procedure for electrical switches and outlets.

Inputs include items such as:project management plans (scope management plan, or requirements plans), project documents (traceability matrix, requirements documentation), and work performance dataTools/Techniques include:Inspections (in this case)Outputs (what is created based on inputs): Updating project documents, change requests, etc. For the quality control procedure, this simply depicts how you would go about making sure they are correct the first time, limiting re-work. So, we could use benchmarking, checklists, flow charts, etc. We also need to add in how we would use responsible stewardship core value.
