Low productivity and a low number of projects completed on time and on budget are part of the result of adversarial relationships in a highly segmented industry. In the last few decades, professional societies and trade organizations have been pushing for better integration of the different parties involved in a construction project. The selection of an effective delivery method is key to doing so.
