Lunas was appointed as an agent by Dennis to handle his business in Cameron Highland. Dennis asked Lunas to deliver 100kg of strawberries to Ahmad in Johor Bharu. When Lunas arrived in Johor Bharu, he tried to contact Ahmad for two days but to no avail. Later, he discovered that the strawberries begin to get soft and some of them have already leaked sticky liquid. Lunas called Dennis in order to inform him about the condition of the strawberries but Dennis was in Japan for vacation. Lunas then decided to sell the strawberries to his friends in Johor Bharu for a cheaper price. When Dennis came back from his holiday, he wanted to take legal action against Lunas to recover his loss. Discuss.
