This week we explore how forms of motivation and goal setting are reflected in the study of positive psychology. Using the learning resources, present your thoughts on how you can leverage what you have learned this week to set a meaningful goal for something you have been thinking about doing, but have been slow to put into action. In your response please address these four items.
First: define the goal (What is it you would like to achieve?)
Second: share what outcomes achieving the goal affords you (What would it look like/feel like to achieve this goal?)
Third: share any obstacles you identify as impacting the achievement of the goal (What challenges do you see / feel?)
Forth: What is one thing you can do this week to move you towards meeting this goal?
