QUESTION 3 Westpoint University recently launch online library system for their students. . Anyone can browse the books in the website but only registered students can borrow books. The system allows students to reserve books online. Students can also view the details of the books they have bor- rowed and returned using this system. Each student is allowed to borrow up to 3 books at a time. If the student need to extend the loan of the borrowed book he/she can sent request to the staff using the extending loan function. The staff would be able to view their extension request and update the system if the extension is allowed. E-mail notification will be sent to student stating the extension approval and also the duration permitted. New books will be supplied by Publishers. The publishers will send a list of new book to the library and the staff will choose and order the needed books. At the end of each week the system will generate report on the extension and e-mail will be sent to the Library Manager
