Food and drink (dinner) should be plated and servedwno buffet. Two meal choices, plus a vegetarian option, must be provided. Non-alcoholic beverages are fine, though Champaign should be available in a bottle for each table. A cash bar is requested. The couple desire a wedding cake created by a professional baker, NOT by the caterer or reception venue. The couple request a D] to provide music for at least three hours. Tables should contain some sort of take-home favor for attendees. The reception site should be suitable decorated. The reception will require servers, bartenders, parking attendants, and a limousine to transport the couple from the wedding to the reception and then to the Tucson airport.
