The goal of this group is to remove all physical files from the law firm so that only electronic files are used. The firm began using electronic files in 2007, so you will only need to scan, save, and destroy the files created prior to this year. Your supervisor expects that you will oversee the project and that you will ensure the confidentiality and organization of the newly created electronic files. You must also select and hire a secure shredding company to destroy the paper documents once the project is complete.

Make an organized checklist you will use as a leader of this team. Include at least 10-12 action items you will take as the leader of this group. For example, one action item can include training all team members in the file scanning process. Another action item may be to select the team members. Action items are created at your discretion because you are the team leader who is responsible for the successful outcome of this project.
