Management wants you to implement a work health and safety (WHS) system to ensure that they remain compliant with WHS legislation and regulatory requirements, standards and codes. They have allocated you with the responsibility to implement the work health and safety (WHS) system. Activity: This activity requires you to implement a work health and safety (WHS) system. Your trainer/assessor will observe you performing this activity. To do so, you are required to conduct a safety audit at the workplace. The inspection must be conducted in accordance with the WHS system prepared in Activity 2. During the audit, you are required to check if the arrangements given in the checklist are in accordance with the WHS system prepared. If the arrangements are in accordance with the checklist provided, you must place a tick mark against each arrangement. If the arrangement does not comply with the WHS system prepared, you must write a comment in column 2 of the checklist
