Many laws that shape our nation. I am sure you would have noticed from your research that both law and culture are governed by rules. Let's use the example of me as an instructor for this class. My thoughts and knowledge of business law, the way I conduct myself as instructor, my collaboration with the students, are all subject to rules and the enforcement of those rules. Think about yourself as you reflect on this topic. Your livelihood, the way you live your life, attendance at class, are also subject to rules and its enforcement. Isn't this an interrelation of culture and the law? What do you think? You may have answered yes to the questions above; however, you would have noted law and culture differ greatly. How the rules for each are initiated will vary; the way those rules are developed, expressed, enforced, and how they are accepted by the respective parties. Share some ideas with us on other ways culture and law is different but yet look similar.
