Many organizations changed considerably during COVID-19 and many filed for bankruptcy. Choose the organization in which you are working at present or identify any other organization. (Currently working in a bank called Desjardins in Nova Scotia) Based on what you have learnt about communications during crisis (i.e., after reading the article), discuss how the chosen organization communicated with its various stakeholders during the changes it experienced in the wake of COVID-19. What were some of the exceptional decisions and contingency plans considered and how were these communicated?
